Liz Bailey has over 20 years of operations and project management experience in both the commercial and non-profit industries. She is a skilled problem solver, experienced at identifying opportunities to improve existing processes who has a passion for working collaboratively with clients, members, and volunteers to help nonprofit associations thrive. 

 

Prior to joining PMR, Liz was the Associate Director of Operations and Marketing for the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry (ISAC), where she managed and supported both strategic and day-to-day tasks associated with the organization's operational and communications needs. She worked regularly with board members, committee chairs, and members, serving as the staff liaison on multiple volunteer committees. Liz’ association industry experience started in 2013 when she joined the Finseca Foundation (formerly GAMA Foundation) as the Finance and Operations Manager.  While there, she led daily operations, worked on strategies and projects to increase donations, assisted with the planning and execution of the organization’s annual conference, and managed larger projects such as the design and implementation of an online donation and pledge payment platform and the introduction of an online learning library of free, downloadable research.
