Since the lifeblood of any organization is its membership, PMR dedicates itself to maintaining existing members and supporting the pursuit of new members, either organically or through new and innovative initiatives.

  • Integrate member data into a flexible database to ensure accurate information and the ability to target outreach

 

  • Build prospect databases for member solicitations and follow-ups

  • Traceable responses to member inquiries and distribution of organizational materials

  • Top-notch customer service and quick response to all inquiries and requests

  • Remain knowledgeable on organization’s events, policies, procedures and membership fees

  • Respond to inquiries regarding organization’s resources and programs

  • Process and welcome new members

  • Frequent communication with leadership, members, and special interest groups

  • Provide monthly membership reports to Board (i.e. new members, expires, total membership)

  • Distribute dues invoices as required by an organization, and alerts of past due invoices and surcharges 

  • Coordinate job bank/career center

  • Administer/coordinate member benefits and affinity programs
