EVENT PLANNING

PMR prides itself in our efficient and effective methods to event planning and the successes we’ve provided our clients through the execution of hundreds of programs since we began our business. PMR has experience in producing a range of events, both in-person and virtual, including seminars and workshops, conferences, award shows, corporate functions, gala fundraisers, golf outings, and more. 

  • Provide Committee support for content, publicity, and sponsorship tasks 

  • Logistics support, including: 

    • site selection and management

    • catering and meal functions

    • agenda/program development

    • speaker liaison

    • manage master schedule

    • distribute and follow up with sponsor/exhibitor packages

    • coordinate audio/visual needs

    • signage

    • site and trade show décor (e.g., pipe and drape, electrical, Internet connections, and other exhibitor needs)

    • entertainment selection and coordination

    • coordinate design, printing, and distribution of invitation, promotional items, and press releases

    • coordinate VIP invitations and recognition at program

    • registration management, including tracking, confirmation, name tags, onsite registration

    • prepare promotional materials

    • post event information to online calendars 

    • volunteer coordination and management

    • onsite or virtual run of show

    • generate post-event attendance, finance, and evaluation reports

  • Coordinate social and spousal programs:

    • transportation

    • registration and payment tracking

    • assign staff to each event

    • catering functions

    • promotions
