Ashley brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit associations with expertise in program and operations management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector partnership development. Throughout her career, Ashley has worked alongside leadership, committees, and volunteers from a wide range of organizations and is known for her thoughtful, strategic approach to operations and engagement. Prior to joining PMR, Ashley was a Program Director at the American Association of Zoo Veterinarians (AAZV) where she led the Zoo and Aquarium All Hazards Partnership, a national program focused on issues at the intersection of animal and human health, emergency preparedness, and conservation.  In this role she worked closely with federal agencies, national coalitions, zoological institutions, and other associations on initiatives including disaster planning, education, and resource development.
