Carol Montoya, CAE

Carol Montoya, CAE is the principal officer of PMR. Carol joined PMR’s founder in 1999 as the company’s first full time employee. Initially she served as Director of Client Relations, with the broad job description of “doing what needs to be done to keep clients satisfied.” This included managing client accounts and responding to client and member needs, overseeing PMR’s growing account staff, and implementing internal procedures to maximize PMR’s operational efficiency.

Davin Hattaway, CAE

Chief Operations Officer

Davin is active in the review and management of all association activities and oversees the PMR’s specialist project teams. He focuses on ensuring that the internal operations flow seamlessly with the larger strategic vision set by our clients' volunteer leadership.

His experience running associations and producing large- and small-scale programs and events have brought increased membership satisfaction and greater financial efficiencies to the organizations he has represented.

Kim Anderson, CMP

Event Director

Kim joined Potomac Management Resources in 2006 with a background in non-profit fundraisers. Kim works directly with each of PMR’s clients, making sure all aspects of their events are handled professionally and executed with the closest level of detail. Throughout her tenure at PMR, Kim has successfully planned and executed over 300 events and meetings. Her experience ranges from small group meetings and gatherings of 15 people, to fundraising auctions, wine tastings, and casino nights, to large scale conferences and tradeshows of over 1,000 people.

Ursula Miller

Communications Manager

As Communications Manager, Ursula is responsible for external client communications, including logos, emails, collateral materials, and publications. She focuses on consistent messaging, product quality, and appropriate content and messaging. She works closely with the account and event staff and client contacts for review and approval of communications materials.

Jade Nguyen

Account Manager
Jade Nguyen

Jade Nguyen is an Account Manager at Potomac Management Resources. She joined PMR in 2008 as an Account Coordinator managing the customer service aspect of client contracts. She was responsible for the administrative functions regarding membership, programs, fundraising, communications, and events. In 2010, Jade was promoted to the new role of Account Manager, taking on a larger responsibility in board relations and meeting management.

Janet Boutilier

Account Manager

Janet Boutilier joined Potomac Management Resources in 2008 with a background in the arts and nonprofits management. She currently works as an Account Manager performing a variety of functions including board and volunteer relations, communications management, project management, and event logistics. Over the course of her time at PMR, she has also developed technical skills in web design and communications in order to fully support the needs of the growing and successful organizations that she works with.

Christina Davis

Account Coordinator
Tina Davis

Christina Davis came to PMR after a 10 year career in non-profit arts management during which she worked in front of house, subscriptions and box office management for several performing arts centers in her home state of New Jersey and Washington, DC.

She has a BA in Theater Arts from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and recently attended Stratford University in Woodbridge, VA as a student in their Baking & Pastry Arts program. She is the primary account coordinator for AFFIRM and BADC.

Kamirria Harris

Communications Coordinator

Kamirria Harris is Communications Coordinator at Potomac Management Resources. She initially joined PMR in July 2010 as an Account Coordinator, and has since transitioned to PMR’s Communications department, focusing on graphics and the communications needs of PMR’s clients.

Prior to joining PMR, Kamirria gained industry experience while completing internships at Ogilvy & Mather, Interpublic Group, the New York Times Company and Limited Brands. She is a member of the Association for Women in Communications and volunteers at various nonprofits in the DC area.

Laura Genovese

Account Coordinator
Laura Genovese

Laura Genovese joined the PMR team in July 2010. Prior to working with Potomac Management Resources, she interned at Linda Roth Associates in Washington, DC where she assisted in the creation and production of the Larry King Cardiac Foundation 2010 East Coast Gala Silent Auction. She started her Association Management career during her undergraduate studies while participating in an Independent Study as the Assistant Convention Manager & Volunteer Coordinator for the 2009 Virginia Association of Communication Arts and Sciences (VACAS) Convention.

Anna Brooks Whichard

Account Coordinator

Anna Brooks Whichard comes to PMR from life on Capitol Hill, where she worked in fundraising for several Senate campaigns and leadership PACs. 

She bleeds Carolina Blue as a born and raised North Carolinian and graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During college, Anna Brooks spent her summers working on the Waterfront Staff of Camp Trinity near Atlantic Beach, NC. Anna Brooks is working primarily on our PMIWDC and PAMA accounts.

Rosanne Burns

Rosanne Burns

Rosanne Burns is an Account Coordinator at PMR. Prior to working for Potomac Management Resources, she was a Marketing Associate at RONIN Registration, a sports event registration company in Woodbridge, VA.

Rosanne has lived in the DC Metro Area her whole life and graduated from Boston College with a degree in Communications and Music. While at BC she was a member of the Eagles' Women's Rowing Team.
